Pre-K – 3rd Grade $25/hour
Boost literacy skills with our engaging Sight Word Bootcamp. This action-packed program employs multisensory activities, lively games, and catchy songs to enhance your child’s ability to read, write, and spell sight words. This immersive experience helps young learners master a wide array of commonly used sight words, accelerating their journey towards becoming proficient readers. Step into the vibrant world of sounds with our Phonics Friday Workshop at Clairmont Advanced Education Center. This action-packed workshop engages students in multisensory games, sports, arts, and activities that are designed to enhance their phonics skills. Nestled in our scenic Irvington campus, we ensure a stimulating learning experience, come rain or shine, with a variety of indoor and outdoor activities tailored to the day’s weather.
All of our workshops and boot camps include a free initial assessment so we can tailor the course content individually for each child. Indoors and outdoors depending on the weather!

I strongly suggest to any parent with child that needs extra assistance in school to look into Clairmont Advanced and with just the evaluation you'll realize how much they truly care.

She has made such a change in my child's life!
BrittanyDecember 28, 2023.My son is in kindergarten and has been struggling with reading and remembering his sight words so when I saw someone share a Facebook post about Clairmont's 4 day bootcamp over winter break, I called and they immediately scheduled my son for an assessment before the bootcamp. The staff has been phenomenal, patient, kind, and my son has begged to go back each morning this week since starting the bootcamp. I'm so impressed by how much he's learned already and what he tells me during our car rides home that I plan on signing him up for any future classes they have during school breaks. Their learn-by-playing method is so effective and the ticket reward system where kids can cash them in for small toys is incredibly motivating. I plan on telling his school teacher about it when he returns from the holiday break and recommending Clairmont to every parent I know that has a child struggling in school.
